Bleed 2006 Buick Cooling System

It's seems like years since I have been on here. However, I have a little problem on my 2006 Buick Lacrosse with no heat coming from the interior ducts after I did a complete radiator, engine, and heater core flush. I also installed a new thermostat at the same time.
I bought this Lacrosse new in May 2006 and it has 61560 miles as of today. It never really had a real good heat all this years, and when I did this coolant flush it mush have set off some sensors. I just used my Craftsman @20890 Scan Tool to see if I have DT codes. None is stored in the vehicle computer;
The fan is running good, and I have very good Air Condition, but the heat vents just blow cool air.
So, has any one on here that has a 2005-2008 Lacrosse had the same problem. If so, what had to be done to remedy the problem?
